Taksim – “Flavours of Istanbul” – is a full course Turkish restaurant established in 2013. The concept is carefully studied with the purpose of filling the gap of high quality, gourmet and healthy dishes in the fast-food market area. Our guests can enjoy the full potential of original and authentic Turkish dishes with a contemporary touch. We focus on sourcing the best and freshest ingredients. Spices, sun dried vegetables, special sauces, all range of nuts and many other products are regularly imported from Istanbul to maintain the traditional and regional flavors. In every restaurant we open, a Turkish chef guides and supervises the cooking process, ensuring that our carefully prepared dishes are faithful to the traditional recipe. Menu items include pot cooked food, shaorma, grilled products, oven products, salads and mezes, desserts and drinks. We specialize in cooking mouth-watering meals and keeping the Turkish spirit alive.

Our first store was opened in Baneasa mall, Bucharest. It quickly became one of the leading operators in the food court area. Hunting for the best and freshest dishes, Taksim aims to become the daily choice of the mall visitors.
